I've experienced dental anxiety for years and was especially fearful when unexpectedly faced with the probability of a root canal in Japan away from my Stateside dentist. It was indeed a relief to discover the United Dental Office. I found it reassuring that Dr. Enatsu received a high level of Stateside training. He and his staff speak English and provide clear explanations of procedures and options. They were kind and supportive throughout each appointment until the process was successfully completed. Measures were consistently taken to reduce anxiety and provide pain-free services. Staff was accommodating when scheduling appointments and provided documentation for filing my Stateside insurance. I highly recommend the services of Dr. Enatsu and his staff.

Dr. Enatsu has been my dentist for 20 years and I would not consider going to anyone else. He is unfailingly kind and considerate and discusses all work beforehand in just enough detail, not too much but enough so that you know what it will involve. He has a deft touch with the anaesthetic, ensuring a pain-free visit. I am particularly impressed with the time and care he takes with ensuring that the bite is balanced after any work. His staff, from the receptionist to the hygienists are all very well-trained and extremely professional. I could not give a higher rating.

Going to the dentist always make me nervous and since this was my visit to United Dental Office, I was more nervous than usual. Dr. Enatsu and the entire staff were so nice and made me so comfortable, I felt absolutely no pain and actually look forward to my next visit!!! I highly recommend this office, especially for English only persons as the staff is multi-lingual.

This was one of the best dental experiences that I have had. Dr. Enatsu and his staff are so very professional, kind and welcoming. The customer service is exceptional, and they made me feel very comfortable. I am from the US, and I had to get dental work while temporarily living in Japan. I was extremely nervous to get dental work done because I thought it was going to be painful due to me hearing and reading how pain medicine and anesthesia are viewed in Japan. I researched several dentists and found Dr. Enatsu through Google. I was impressed with Dr. Enatsu's credentials and contribution to the world of Dentistry. However, I was still so nervous because I thought I had to get a root canal and I was so fearful of feeling pain. I was able to avoid getting the root canal due to Dr. Enatsu and his wonderful staff, however, I did have to get a crown. I visited the office 3x for the crown and each visit was pleasant and painless. I definitely recommend United Dental Office to everyone!
