If you or a family member are experiencing a dental emergency, please call us on +813-5570-4334 or +8190-1704-2610  and send the photo of your teeth/mouth, and the broken piece or dental restorations to manager@uniteddentaloffice.com.  Please provide us with a phone number (with country code) where we can text you, and date of birth so we can register you. 

Appointment (Out of office hours appointment available with additional fee)

We do see dental emergency during office hours and outside office hours (additional fee applies).  The first step is to Schedule an appointment Please contact our office by phone or complete an online appointment request.  Our doctor speaks fluent English, some Chinese and Spanish.  Our New Patient Forms are also translated in Chinese, German, Spanish, French, and Russian.  We need to do the examination with x-rays before we do any treatment. Treatment options and fees will be discussed. Pre-authorization or payment of approximate fees will be required before we start to see the patient for dental emergencies.  If you are not sure if your credit card works in Japan, please bring cash for payment.
